The DIPON® Color Additives / DIPON® Tinting Concentrates can be used to increase the opacity of various colors or to mix any individual colors. The maximum addition must not be exceeded!

Dosage:

Shake well before use!

Solid colors:

30 grams / per 1.0 liter KandyDip® liquid rubber ready to spray

The dosage may be increased by up to 50%.

Effect pigments:

15 - 25 grams / per 1.0 liter KandyDip® Liquid Rubber Ready to Spray

Candy Juices:

10 - 20 grams / per 1.0 liter KandyDip® Liquid Gum Ready to Spray

Micro Flakes:

10 - 15 grams / per 1.0 liter KandyDip® Liquid Gum Ready to Spray

Areas of application:

Solvent-based systems (compatible with all solvent-based liquid rubber products and paint systems)

Product description DIPON® Effect Pigments

DIPON® Effect Pigments consist of three pigment classes: Absorption pigments, pearlescent pigments and metallic effect pigments.

Absorption pig ments are inorganic and organic color pigments that absorb various wavelengths of light incident on the color. Due to their irregular shape and light absorption, absorption pigments show a uniform color and shine in every direction. These pigments can be found in many RAL, HKS®, NCS®, PANTONE® and various OEM+ colors. These pigments are the real "color givers".

Metal effect pigments consist of copper/zinc, aluminum or gold flakes in different particle sizes. These pigments form a group of opaque pigments and are characterized by a correspondingly high surface gloss depending on the particle size. You can find these pigments at DIPON® under the name "Alloy Pearls".

Pearlescent pigments are semi-transparent pigments based on mineral mica, bismuth oxychloride or guanine (pearlessence, fish silver). The very impressive and well-known deep luster of pearlescent pigments is created by the light at the boundary layers (z.B. titanium dioxide/mica) which is reflected several times. These pigments are the most common in our range u.a. Solid Pearls, Ghost Pearls.

Possible uses of KandyDip® liquid rubber

KandyDip® Liquid Car Wrap spray film can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing on e.g. brick, steel, metal, wood, glass, concrete and many other surfaces.

KandyDip® Liquid Car Wrap Spray Film should be warmed to room temperature before use at temperatures below 15 degrees. The outside temperature has a direct influence on the application result and the drying time.

KandyDip® Liquid Car Wrap is used, for example, on:

• • Plastic: Protects sensitive surfaces from scratches
  • Metal: Has a sound-absorbing effect and reduces vibrations
  • Wood: Protects against splinters and prevents wear and tear
  • Glass: Stabilizes/reinforces glass products
  • Tools/cutlery: Stabilizes the handle and ensures an optimal grip
  • Rubber: Prevents wear and tear
  • Cardboard: Has a weatherproof effect
  • Ropes/fabrics: Prevents fraying and fraying

- 1x 190 micron paint sieve
- 1x stirring rod for car paints
- Application instructions
- Information on hazardous goods labeling and disposal

Instructions for use:

Please ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and free of grease before use.

The optimum application temperature is between 15 and 24 degrees Celsius.

Shake vigorously before use and, if necessary, warm the container to room temperature (water bath).

The spraying distance is approx. 20-25 cm.
