Natural mica pearlescent pigments are composed of the finest natural mica powder carefully coated with a combination of titanium dioxide, iron oxide and other metal oxides. These specially designed pigments are characterized by their homogeneous particle size, outstanding dispersion properties and their resistance to light, acids and alkalis. They also offer no electrical or magnetic conductivity and their chemical stability is impressive. Depending on the coating thickness of the metal oxides, they can produce a wide range of color effects. This makes it possible to imitate natural color tones and create a variety of vibrant decorative effects.
