DIPON® SilmoldCast Platinum 20 I 2K RTV duplicating silicone

Application:

DIPON® SILMOLDCAST PLATINUM 20 is weighed on a scale at a mixing ratio of 1:1 by weight. The weighed contents of both components (component A + component B) are thoroughly mixed for approx. 2 - 3 minutes. To prevent excessive aeration of the material, the material is not agitated/mixed too quickly, d.h. not higher than 250 rpm. The processing time at 23°C is approx. 10 minutes, so the medium should be processed quickly. After about 40 minutes, the material i.d.R. is sufficiently cured to be demolded. To avoid fingerprints, it is recommended that a curing time of 2 to 3 hours (23°C) be observed. The curing time is drastically reduced by increasing the temperature. CAUTION: SILMOLDCAST PLATINUM 20 is a 2K addition curing system which must not be mixed with other systems.
